Key Goals: Build confidence using devices (computer, tablet, smartphone), understand basic terminology and functions, communicate using email and messaging, navigate the internet safely, perform everyday tasks (shopping, banking basics, video calls), and recognize and avoid scams. We emphasize practical prompting skills and verifying information rather than technical theory. Additional demonstrations will include MS-Co-Pilot and other chatbots.
