A veteran technologist with 40 years of experience, Farah Pope has spearheaded initiatives for world-class organizations across the public, private, and government sectors. As a former executive IT trainer and instructional designer, she is now dedicated to ensuring no one is left behind in the AI and digital revolution.
As the founder of Tech Leap Up, based in Montgomery County, Maryland and the (DMV) area, she combines her passion for education with a deep commitment to digital equity. Farah recognized that while Artificial Intelligence is transforming the world, the senior community often faces barriers to accessing these powerful tools, to solve this challenge.
Farah empowers learners to master everyday digital tasks and embrace new technology with confidence. By creating her Senior-Centric Pedagogy program using ADDIE and SAM, two of the most popular Instructional Design frameworks, to build effective training programs. Farah replaces intimidating technical gatekeeping with a supportive, judgment-free space designed for everyone especially for adults and seniors.
