As a former executive IT trainer and instructional designer, she is now dedicated to ensuring that no one is left behind in the AI and digital revolution, particularly focusing on AI training for seniors.

Based in Montgomery County, Maryland, and serving the DMV area, Farah combines her passion for education with a deep commitment to digital equity. She recognized that while Artificial Intelligence is transforming the world, the senior community often faces barriers in accessing these powerful tools. To tackle this challenge, she empowers learners to master everyday digital tasks and embrace new technology with confidence through comprehensive digital literacy programs.

By creating her Senior-Centric Pedagogy program, which utilizes the ADDIE and SAM instructional design frameworks, Farah builds effective technology education for adults. She replaces intimidating technical gatekeeping with a supportive, judgment-free space designed for everyone, especially adults and seniors.
